Volleyball Spring Training
Rising SABCS 6th-12th Grade Girls interested in playing volleyball for the upcoming 2014-15 school year are invited to come learn the fundamentals and have some fun at the same time. If you have played - improve your skills. If you've never played - come see if volleyball is something you want to do.

Volleyball Spring Training will be held 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the gym on the following dates in May:
5, 6, 8, 9, 12, 13, and 15.

If you don't have a sports waiver on file for this current school year, please pick one up in the office and get it signed. You may turn it in to the front office or to Coach Cox on the first day of training. THE WAIVER MUST BE ON FILE BEFORE YOU CAN PARTICIPATE!

Spring Carnival & Craft Show

Our Spring Carnival is coming up!!  Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 26, 2014, and join us 10 a.m.-4 p.m. for a day filled with fun, crafts, food, and entertainment.  There will be inflatables, games, a dunking booth, face painting and much, much more.  Lots of fun activites are planned for this year's carnival - AND we'll have food and ice cream provided by BRUSTER's!  Invite your friends and family to join us for a great day!

Countdown Through Last Quarter!!

April 7-11 is Spring Break!  The school is closed, but the daycare will be open.

April 18: Spring Formal for our Juniors and Seniors

April 21-25 is Standardized Testing Week.  

April 23-25: Half-Day schedule for K3-11th Grades; NO SCHOOL FOR SENIORS!

April 26 is our Spring Carnival and we're looking forward to a great day of fun and fellowship.

 

SABCS Athletic Banquet will be on May 16.

K5 Graduation will be held in the Chapel at 7 p.m. on Thursday, May 22.

High School Graduation for SABCS Class of 2014 will be held in the Gymnasium at 7 p.m. on Friday, May 30.

Employment Opportunities

The SABCS Employment Application is required to be considered for any position(s) at the school.  Once the application is received and reviewed, prospective candidates will be contacted regarding positions for which he/she may be considered. 

We are interviewing for the upcoming 2014-15 school year and have the following vacancies:

SCIENCE

High School Science Teacher to teach grades 9-12 with possible courses ranging Physical Science, Biology 1 and 2, Chemistry 1 and 2, and Physics.  The teacher is responsible for planning and updating lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum, attending school events, and supporting the programs and mission of the school.  Other duties and responsibilities are those expected of a classroom teacher.

ENGLISH

High School English Teacher to teach grades 9-12.  The teacher is responsible for planning and updating lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum, attending school events, and supporting the programs and mission of the school.  Other duties and responsibilities are those expected of a classroom teacher.

SPANISH

High School Spanish Teacher to teach grades 9-12, Spanish 1, Spanish 2, and Spanish 3.  The teacher is responsible for planning and updating lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum, attending school events, and supporting the programs and mission of the school.  Other duties and responsibilities are those expected of a classroom teacher.

MATH

Middle School Math Teacher to teach grades 6-8 with possible courses ranging Math 6 to Algebra 1.  The teacher is responsible for planning and updating lesson plans in accordance with the school's curriculum, attending school events, and supporting the programs and mission of the school.  Other duties and responsibilities are those expected of a classroom teacher.
